Return Policy

Your return window depends on the reason:

  • Defect-related — 30 days. If the product is defective, arrives damaged, doesn't match the description, or you received the wrong item, you have 30 days after receipt to return.
  • Without defect — 14 days. If you change your mind or the item doesn't fit, the EU statutory 14-day withdrawal period applies.

When do we cover return shipping? We cover return shipping costs for defect-related returns. You receive a full refund of the order amount including original shipping.

When do you cover return shipping? For returns without defect — i.e. when exercising your 14-day statutory withdrawal right — the return shipping costs are at your expense. The full order amount including original shipping will still be refunded.

The product must be returned with all delivered accessories and — if reasonably possible — in its original condition and packaging.

Exclusions from Returns

Some products are excluded from returns for hygiene reasons:

  • Underwear - cannot be exchanged or returned
  • Adult toys - when the seal has been broken (unless defective)
  • Health and personal care products - when the seal has been broken
  • Downloadable products - digital software and content

How to Return?

  1. Report your return - Send an email to support@intimico.com with your order number and reason for return. For defects or damage, please include photos so we can help you quickly.
  2. Receive your instructions - For defects (defective, damaged, wrong item) we will send you a free return label. For returns without defect, you will receive instructions to ship the package at your own cost.
  3. Pack the product - Pack the product carefully in its original packaging with all accessories.
  4. Send the package - Follow the shipping instructions in our email and drop off the package at the indicated drop-off point.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited via the same payment method you used.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you want to exchange the same item, please contact us at support@intimico.com.
